Amuwo Odofin Community Health Outreach

 

HSRI proudly brought free preventive healthcare services to the Amuwo Odofin community in Lagos, reaching hundreds of residents through health education, screenings, and medical consultations.

​

Our multidisciplinary team provided blood pressure and blood glucose screening, vision screening, general medical consultations, medication counseling, cardiovascular risk assessment, and health education, helping community members better understand and take charge of their health.

To ensure our impact extended beyond the outreach day, we established follow-up partnerships with local hospitals and community pharmacies, allowing participants to access free routine blood pressure checks, ongoing monitoring, and referrals for continued medical care when needed.
