Welcome to Heart and Sight Rescue Initiative (HSRI), a binational nonprofit organization dedicated to two fundamental pillars: rescuing hearts and preserving sight. HSRI is legally registered in Nigeria and federally incorporated as a nonprofit in Canada, enabling us to expand our impact across communities and borders.

Through preventive health education, community outreach, health screenings, advocacy, and partnerships, we work to improve cardiovascular health and preserve vision among underserved populations. Our mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and resources they need to live healthier lives while reducing preventable disease through compassionate, community-driven care.

Since our founding, HSRI has served thousands of individuals through health education initiatives, screenings, and outreach programs, bringing together healthcare professionals, volunteers, and community partners to create lasting change.
